RCP's President is Michael D. Patsos.
He has built his career as both an internal and external consultant specializing in the areas of organizational change management, merger and acquisition transition management and leadership training. He has worked with a wide range of company types and sizes, with significant experience and knowledge in management and human resources issues internationally. He is committed to the fact that successful leadership, human resources, and organization development management can positively impact a company's measurable bottom-line.
Michael has worked with companies in the software, hardware, advertising, financial, and manufacturing sectors throughout his career as both an internal and external consultant. Prior to the founding of RCP, Michael was an original executive of WebCT, a world leader in e-learning and course management software products and services. As the vice-president of human resources for WebCT, he was a successful senior contributor to the successful growth and sale of the company.
His educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Michael is a part-time instructor in human resources management and psychology at various New England universities. He has also served on the Governor of Massachusetts' High Technology in the Workplace Council. Michael has been the invited keynote speaker of several consortia and conventions specializing in management and organizational challenges facing business.
